I work in recruiting and receive a lot of unexpected calls, which is fine, except you can only answer an incoming call if your phone screen is awake and already in the jabber app. If someone calls while your phone screen is off, there is 0 way to answer it.
As a result, I always have to let it ring out and then call them right back while theyre leaving a voicemail. Giving it 2 stars because it does half of what it's supposed to do. Not a fan of Cisco or most of the other services my organization has contracts with. Interface is limited and feels like like it's just an adaptation of decades-old tech instead of an innovation that makes things easier. My main compliant is that the shared line option is limited to the desktop app.
